dc.description.abstract | La inestabilidad tecnológica está presente en la mayoría de los sectores urbano marginales y rurales del Ecuador, la provincia Los Ríos tiene una extensa población en la zona rural y la ciudad de Babahoyo de igual forma, la Unidad Educativa Emigdio Esparza Moreno es una Institución con una larga trayectoria y es considerado por la población como una de las más grande y con renombrado prestigio que acoge estudiantes de diversos sectores incluyendo estudiantes de las zonas urbano marginal y rural.
