dc.descriptionThe main objective of this case study is to Determine the Influence of the Virtual Platform “Santillana Compartir” as a Tool for Collaborative Learning of the students of the 9th grade of Basic Education of the “Padre Marcos Benetazzo” Educational Unit. To develop and emphasize the case study, various necessary methods were used with which this research was carried out, where a questionnaire was applied based on a specific sample of 187 adolescents, the pertinent questions established in the teacher and student surveys were carried out. of said institution, information that was used to form the results and to be able to develop the different conclusions, standardizing recommendations through the pie scheme. Teamwork techniques in a virtual context are observed in order to promote Collaborative Learning and the value of several key elements that favor it, such as interaction, intervention, co-responsibility and the role function, the different cycles of the process, the role of the teacher and progress. The objective is to know the importance of these changes and their scope, which allows obtaining the objectives of Collaborative Learning in teamwork processes.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo principal Determinar la Influencia de la Plataforma Virtual “Santillana Compartir” como Herramienta para el Aprendizaje Colaborativo de los estudiantes de 9no de Educación Básica de la Unidad Educativa “Padre Marcos Benetazzo”. Para desarrollar y enfatizar el estudio de caso se manipuló diversos métodos necesarios con los cuales se realizó esta investigación, donde se aplicó un cuestionario basado en una muestra determinada de 187 adolescentes, se procedió a ejecutar las pertinentes preguntas establecidas en las encuestas a docentes y estudiantes de dicha institución, información que se utilizó para formar los resultados y poder desarrollar las diferentes conclusiones, recomendaciones estandarizándolos mediante el esquema de pastel. Las técnicas de trabajo en equipo en un contexto virtual se observan para poder promover el Aprendizaje Colaborativo y el valor de varios elementos clave que lo favorecen, tal como son la interacción, la intervención, la corresponsabilidad y la función de roles, los diferentes ciclos del proceso, el rol del docente y el progreso. El objetivo es conocer la importancia de estos cambios y su alcance, lo que consiente obtener los objetivos del Aprendizaje Colaborativo en los procesos del trabajo en equipo.es_ES
