| dc.description | The research is called, Gastronomic offer and its tourism development in the Quevedo canton, year 2020; where the gastronomy in the city of the River is varied and very frequent, with the main objective of analyzing the tourist development and gastronomic offer in the city. Therefore, to promote tourism and offer the range of typical dishes of the first nature, in such a way that society knows the interculturality that has been generated over the years, thanks to civilization, gastronomic development has manifested itself in a way systematically and implementing digital mechanisms to make it an authentic gastronomy, of category using resources and equipment necessary for the food process. In order to define the proper conclusions and recommendations, it was necessary to analyze in depth the problems raised in the research to develop through methodological resources, in turn, standardize something positive to improve and promote the gastronomic-tourism offer in the Quevedo canton. Obtaining a list in the municipality of Quevedo of the restaurants and tourist places that are registered and then going to each of the most recognized and influential of the Quevedo canton in order to obtain clear and precise information, reaching the proposed objective to be able to carry out the gastronomic and tourist offer. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La investigación se denomina, Oferta gastronómica y su desarrollo turístico en el cantón Quevedo, año 2020; donde la gastronomía en la ciudad del Río es variada y muy frecuente, teniendo como objetivo principal analizar el desarrollo turístico y oferta gastronómica en la ciudad. Por ende, para promover el turismo y ofertar la gama de platos típicos de primera índole, de tal manera que la sociedad conozca la interculturalidad que se ha generado a lo largo de los años, gracias a la civilización el desarrollo gastronómico se ha manifestado de una manera sistemática e implementando mecanismos digitales para hacer de ello una gastronomía auténtica, de categoría utilizando recursos y equipos necesarios para el proceso alimenticio. Para poder definir las debidas conclusiones y recomendaciones, fue necesario analizar a profundidad la problemática planteada en la investigación para desarrollar mediante los recursos metodológicos a su vez estandarizar algo positivo para mejorar y promover la oferta gastronómica- turismo en el cantón Quevedo. Obteniendo una lista en el municipio de Quevedo de los restaurantes y lugares turísticos que están catastrados y luego dirigiéndome a cada uno de los más reconocidos e influyentes del cantón Quevedo para así obtener información clara y precisa llegando a cumplir con el objetivo propuesto para poder realizar la oferta gastronómica y turística. | es_ES |
