| dc.description | Ecuador has many tourist attractions of an incredible unique beauty, attracting national and foreign tourists to our country. The tourist guide represents a primordial role in the orientation of a site, since he/she is responsible for attending the tourist, besides divulging with precision all the informative data of the attraction, the good attention attracts the tourists which makes them want to return. This research study refers to the analysis of the tourist service of the extreme sports guides in the canton of Baños, through this research we seek to support and guide the tour guides to have a training by the collaboration of the authorities of Baños and thus find a tourism development in the sector, This is one of the cantons with a good reception of tourists, also a large part of the guides are not specialized since they are called empirical guides, causing that by not having adequate training they do not acquire the correct and necessary knowledge to offer an excellent service to the tourist. To develop the research we used a bibliographic-documentary methodology based on the collection of information to know the satisfaction of tourists who visit Baños. With the present degree work, the conclusion is that it is important to orient and support the extreme sport guides because, if there is an improvement in their practical, technical and theoretical knowledge, they will offer a good service. To train the extreme sports guides with the support of the GAD of Baños providing knowledge in good tourist service, use of equipment and first aid, in addition to improving the tourism development of the residents of the canton of Baños. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Ecuador tiene muchos atractivos turísticos de una increíble belleza única, atrayendo turisti8as nacionales y extranjeros a nuestro país. El guía turístico representa un papel primordial en la orientación de un sitio, pues es el responsable de atender al turista, además de divulgar con precisión todos los datos informativos del atractivo, la buena atención atrae a los turistas lo que hace que quieran regresar. El presente estudio de investigación hace referencia al análisis del servicio turísticos de los guías de deportes extremos en el cantón Baños, mediante esta investigación se busca el apoyar y orientar a los guías de turismo a que tengan una capacitación por parte de la colaboración de las autoridades de baños y que así halla un desarrollo turístico en el sector, ya que este es uno de los cantones con una buena acogida de turistas, además una gran parte de guías no son especializados ya que estos son llamados guías empíricos, causando que al no tener una capacitación adecuada no adquieran los conocimientos correctos e necesarios para ofertar un excelente servicio al turista. Para desarrollar la investigación se utilizó una metodología bibliografía - documental que se basó en la recopilación de información para saber la satisfacción de turistas que vistan Baños. Con el presente trabajo de titulación se llega al fina en una conclusión que el orientar y apoyar a los guías de deporte extremo es importante por el hecho de que, si hay una mejora en sus conocimientos prácticos, técnicos y teóricos ofrecerían un buen servicio. Capacitar a los guías de deporte extremo con el apoyo del GAD de Baños proporcionando conocimientos en una buena atención al turista, utilización de equipos y primeros auxilios, además para aun mejoramiento en el desarrollo turístico del cantón Baños de los residentes. | es_ES |
