dc.descriptionThe history of the canton San Jacinto de Buena Fe dates back many years ago due to the migration of many people from different parts of Ecuador, many emigrated due to an economic situation. For decades, the general population has had an interest in gastronomy, being a fundamental part of the tourism development of the canton of good faith and its surroundings. Currently there are several food outlets in the Buena Fe canton where you can find a diversity of gastronomic dishes attracting tourists and the population to taste these delicious delicacies. Most of the gastronomic preparation is due to the combination of dishes from the province of Manabí with those from the province of Los Ríos or from different sectors of the country. The objective of this study focused on identifying and designing a gastronomic route to promote the development of tourist activity in the Buena Fe canton. The methodology used had a deductive, inductive and bibliographic link. Where the different enterprises linked to the gastronomic sector of the canton were identified. From the results obtained, a SWOT, the recommendations and conclusions that would help the development of the social and economic activity of the destination were elaborated. Finally, with the information collected, the Gastronomic Route, its brand and its logo will be designed.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa historia del cantón San Jacinto de Buena Fe se remonta desde hace muchos años atrás por la migración de muchas personas de diferentes partes del Ecuador, muchos emigraron por una situación económica. Durante décadas, la población en general ha tenido interés en la gastronomía, siendo una parte fundamental para el desarrollo turístico del cantón buena fe y sus alrededores. En la actualidad existen varios locales de comida en el cantón Buena Fe donde se puede encontrar una diversidad de platos gastronómicos atrayendo al turista y la población a degustar de estos deliciosos manjares. La mayor parte de la preparación gastronómica se debe a la combinación de platos de la provincia de Manabí con el de la provincia de Los Ríos o de diferentes sectores del país. El objetivo de este estudio se centró en identificar y diseñar una ruta de la gastronómica para promover el desarrollo de la actividad turística del cantón Buena Fe. La metodología que se utilizó tuvo un enlace deductivo, inductivo y bibliográfico. Donde se identificó los diferentes emprendimientos vinculados al sector gastronómico del cantón. De los resultados obtenidos se elaboró un FODA, las recomendaciones y conclusiones que ayudaran al desarrollo de la actividad social y económica del destino. Finalmente, con la información recopilada se diseñará la Ruta Gastronómica, marca y logotipo de la misma.es_ES
