| dc.description | The purpose of this research project is to analyze the importance of tourism responsibility for the implementation of biosecurity in the city of the river. Issuing prevention and biosecurity measures for recreational activities and tourist establishments in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 has been an objective of paramount importance of the Head of tourism of the canton Quevedo in the year 2021, And it is essential, also, a good coordination between States and members of society, since it is of utmost importance that we can talk about tourism development to include tourism responsibility in the implementation of biosecurity measures in tourist establishments in the city. Through a micro evaluation, it was possible to identify the current state of tourism in the town of Quevedo and analyze the current situation of the operation of tourist establishments where it was detected that the application of all these biosecurity protocols in the different tourist establishments of the city are being executed, as well as certain fallacies in the services provided to tourists were also detected, thus, proposals for the improvement of these and the correct development of future tourist products emerged. It is considered that the restriction and prohibition of the opening of all these establishments is not an alternative for tourism development and therefore it is established that having a budget to support the application of these biosecurity measures is extremely important. A problem that still exists in the city of Quevedo is that despite having an excellent commercial activity and the financing of businessmen who have decided to invest in the city for its tourism and economic development, there are still deficiencies in certain establishments, and in the acceptance by society in the use of these biosecurity measures in the population of Quevedo, and it is of vital importance to promote tourism development at the national and international level, through tourism responsibility. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de investigación tiene la finalidad de analizar la importancia que ha tenido la responsabilidad turística, para la implementación de la bioseguridad en la ciudad de Quevedo. Emitir las medidas de prevención y bioseguridad para las actividades recreativas y establecimientos turísticos con el fin de prevenir la propagación del COVID-19 ha sido un objetivo de primordial importancia de la Jefatura de turismo del cantón Quevedo en el año 2021, Y es imprescindible, también, una buena coordinación entre Estados y los miembros de la sociedad, ya que es de suma importancia que podamos hablar de un desarrollo turístico al incluir la responsabilidad turística en la aplicación de medidas de bioseguridad en los establecimientos turísticos de la ciudad Por medio de una evaluación micro se logró identificar el estado actual del turismo en la localidad Quevedeña y se analizó la situación actual del funcionamiento de los establecimientos turísticos donde se detectó que , la aplicación de todos estos protocolos de bioseguridad en los distintos establecimientos turísticos de la ciudad están siendo ejecutados, así como también se detectaron ciertas falacias en los servicios que se brindan al turista de este modo, surgieron propuestas para la mejora de estas y el correcto desarrollo de futuros productos turísticos. Se considera que la restricción y prohibición de la apertura de todos estos establecimientos no es una alternativa, para el desarrollo turístico y por ende se establece que el tener un presupuesto de apoyo en la aplicación de estas medidas de bio-seguridad es de extrema importancia. Una problemática que aún se da en la ciudad Quevedo es que a pesar de contar con una excelente actividad comercial y con el financiamiento de empresarios que han decidido invertir en la ciudad por su desarrollo turístico y económico, aún se encuentran falencias en ciertos establecimientos, y en la aceptación por parte de la sociedad en el uso de estas medidas de bioseguridad en la población quevedeña, y es de vital importancia promover el desarrollo turístico a nivel nacional e internacional, mediante la responsabilidad turística. | es_ES |
