| dc.description | The purpose of this project is to present an analysis of biosecurity in quality tourist food services in the canton of Quevedo, through a micro evaluation it was possible to identify the current state of food biosecurity and analyze the current situation of the operation of tourist establishments where shortcomings were detected in the services provided to tourists, thus, proposals arise for the improvement of these and thus provide a better service by applying biosecurity in tourist establishments. A problem that still exists in the canton of Quevedo is that despite having an excellent tourist activity and with the financing of entrepreneurs who have decided to invest in the city for its economic development, it lacks the biosafety of tourist food services to enhance this sector. With the support of the GAD of the canton Quevedo, it will be able to provide quality services and this will influence the tourist, economic and social development of the canton since, with its environmentally friendly infrastructure many tourists will choose this site as an option for vacation and so they can also learn a little more of this city, likewise should be given an excellent service to people so they can feel satisfied and decide to return to the city. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto tiene como finalidad presentar un análisis de la bioseguridad en los servicios de alimentación turística de calidad, en el cantón Quevedo, por medio de una evaluación micro se logró identificar el estado actual de la bioseguridad alimentaria y se analizó la situación actual del funcionamiento de los establecimientos turísticos donde se detectaron falencias en los servicios que se brindan al turista de este modo, surgen propuestas para la mejora de estas y con ello brindar un mejor servicio aplicando bioseguridad en los establecimientos turísticos. Una problemática que aún posee el cantón Quevedo es que a pesar de contar con una excelente actividad turística y con el financiamiento de empresarios que han decidido invertir en la ciudad por su desarrollo económico carece de la bioseguridad de servicios de alimentación turística que potencialice este sector. Con el apoyo del GAD del cantón Quevedo, se podrá brindar servicios de calidad y esto influirá en el desarrollo turístico, económico y social del cantón ya que, con su infraestructura amigable con el medio ambiente muchos turistas optaran por elegir este sitio como una opción para vacacionar y así también podrán conocer un poco más de esta ciudad, así mismo se debe dar un excelente servicio a las personas para que puedan sentirse satisfechos y decidan volver a la ciudad. | es_ES |
