dc.descriptionQuality management has become an essential element for the tourism sector, and the hotel industry has taken this tool to meet the needs of customers, which is why this research work will detail the importance of implementing strategies in the quality of service offered. We can establish that quality management is defined as all the efforts made by a group of collaborators that allow the hotel in particular to establish standards according to the needs of customers who wish to enjoy each of the services offered in it. The services provided have to be effective to attract tourists by meeting the expectations of those who visit the hotels, so in this research an analysis of the techniques that should be applied in this research work will be conducted with the aim of implementing strategies to improve the quality of hotel services in the canton of Quevedo, in addition to specifying the proposed work to contribute to the analysis of the quality of services offered by hotels in Quevedo, determining the quality of services formulating some conclusions and recommendations to promote the hotel market in the canton.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa gestión de calidad se ha convertido en un elemento esencial para el sector turístico, y la hotelería ha tomado esta herramienta para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes, es por ello que este trabajo de investigación detallara la importancia de implementar estrategias en la calidad del servicio ofertado. Por otro lado, se establece que la gestión de calidad es definida como todos los esfuerzos que realizan un grupo de colaboradores y que permiten a los hoteles en particular establecer estándares de acuerdo a las necesidades de los clientes que deseen disfrutar de cada uno de los servicios que ofrecen en él. Los servicios que se brinden tienen como objetivo principal la satisfacción de los huéspedes llenando las expectativas de quienes visiten los hoteles, las técnicas que deben ser aplicadas para brindar un servicio de calidad; y como objetivo implementar estrategias para mejorar la calidad en las prestaciones de los servicios hoteleros del cantón Quevedo, por lo expuesto anteriormente el proyecto busca contribuir a la mejora de los servicios que ofrecen los hoteles del cantón Quevedo, determinando la calidad de los servicios formulando algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones para favorecer al mercado hotelero del cantón.es_ES
