| dc.description | This project will be based on demonstrating how the media have evolved with the advancement of technology in the 21st century and how it has been developed and in such a way to be able to demonstrate the reality experienced because of the new strain called Virus Covid 19 that It has hit many countries in their economy, politics and health, which Ecuador was not obsolete to that. The role of the media is considered the most important from immemorial times to the present; since it helps to be able to inform and transmit facts based from the most important to the most obsolete. In the city of Quevedo, the issue of digital media has been progressed and implemented in an ascending way, which has helped to reach several homes in the aforementioned canton, with important information for this community. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto, será basado en demostrar cómo han evolucionado los medios de comunicación con el avance de la tecnología en el siglo XXI y como se ha desarrollado de tal manera poder demostrar la realidad vivida a causa de la nueva cepa llamada Virus Covid 19 que ha golpeado a muchos países en su economía, política y salud la cual Ecuador no estuvo absuelta a esto. El papel que tienen los medios de comunicación es considerado la más importante desde épocas inmemorables hasta la actualidad; ya que ayuda a poder informar y transmitir hechos basados desde los más importantes hasta lo más obsoletos. En la ciudad de Quevedo se han avanzado e implementado de manera ascendente el tema de medios digitales la cual ha ayudado a poder llegar a varios hogares del antes mencionado cantón, con información importante para esta comunidad. | es_ES |
