dc.descriptionDigital media as such are all web communication channels, the same ones that make interaction, the search for information more instantaneous and easier to find and obtain, digital media today have become very useful tools for the development of digital advertising strategies that favor companies and businesses by promoting and positioning them in the market. The help of these media in the advertising development of small and medium-sized companies is essential, knowing that, through this, the users of these media, in their content and publications, can observe them and thus know what they offer to the market. The advantages of digital media are varied, which can and should be used by business owners to advertise their ventures. The following investigation called the incidence of digital media in the advertising development of small and medium-sized companies located in the Zapotal Parish, was carried out, through descriptive research, which will allow us to detail everything we want to obtain from our research work, the epistemological approach used is inductive and deductive, for which data were collected and analyzed, using a questionnaire as an instrument with 13 questions. As Zapotal is a rural parish, the size of the sample is small, so it was taken and developed with 15 people who own the most central SMEs in this town.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLos medios digitales como tal, son todos los canales de comunicación web, los mismos que hacen que la interacción, la búsqueda de información sea más instantánea y más fácil de encontrarla y obtenerla, los medios digitales se han convertido hoy en día, en herramientas muy útiles para el desarrollo de estrategias de publicidad digital que favorecen a las empresas y negocios al impulsarlas y posicionarlas en el mercado. La ayuda de estos medios en el desarrollo publicitario de las pequeñas y medianas empresas es fundamental, conociendo que, a través de ello, los usuarios de estos medios, en sus contenidos y publicaciones puedan observarlas y así conocer lo que ofrece los mismos al mercado. Las ventajas que tiene los medios digitales son variadas, las cuales pueden y deben ser aprovechadas por los dueños de las empresas para así publicitar sus emprendimientos. La siguiente investigación denominada incidencia de los medios digitales en el desarrollo publicitario de las pequeñas y medianas empresas situadas en la Parroquia Zapotal, se llevó a cabo, mediante la investigación descriptiva, la cual nos permitirá detallar todo lo que deseamos obtener de nuestro trabajo de investigación, el enfoque epistemológico utilizado es el inductivo y deductivo, por lo cual se recogieron y analizaron datos, usando un cuestionario como instrumento con 13 preguntas. Al ser Zapotal una parroquia rural, el tamaño de la muestra es reducida, por lo cual se tomó y se desarrolló la misma a 15 personas dueños de las PYMES más céntricas de esta localidad.es_ES
