dc.descriptionThis work deals with the analysis of how social media help in the dissemination of information for the knowledge of the whole society, in order to contribute to the local development of the inhabitants of the sector under study. This survey was developed in a spa in the El Chipe sector located 5 km from the cantonal head belonging to the Cantón Valencia, Los Ríos province and is based on bibliographic, descriptive, explanatory and non-experimental research. An analysis was carried out based on the demand of existing tourists in reference to the historical dates of important dates such as carnival and Easter. In relation to this, it is about determining the influence of social media both for tourism promotion and for the information and presentation of the various programs that take place on this type of holiday. Inductive, deductive and exploratory research methods are used, which allowed obtaining truthful information to consolidate some questions presented in the development of the project. With the results obtained, it was possible to show that there are still a large number of factors that have not yet been analyzed and that it is feasible to increase the number of tourists sequentially throughout the year, as long as the community members are trained more so that they can do it. use of social communication media and can publish on the different dates that organizations carry out different events or holidays and thus take advantage of natural means to grow economically. The trends of the digital age and social networks should be taken advantage of to share these tourist places and that the message reaches not only at the country level but rather to impact foreign tourists so that they can enjoy this tourist attraction. It is necessary that there is also support from the Municipal GAD through those responsible for tourism and also with the help of the Ministry of Tourism, so that agreements can be established that help to spread and improve the economy of this sector that already has its spa as a more means of family financial support.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo trata sobre el análisis de cómo los medios sociales ayudan en la divulgación de la información para el conocimiento de toda la sociedad, con la finalidad de contribuir con el desarrollo local de los habitantes del sector objeto de estudio. Este sondeo se desarrolló en un balneario en el sector el Chipe ubicado a 5 km de la cabecera cantonal perteneciente al Cantón Valencia, provincia de los Ríos y está basado en la investigación bibliográfica, descriptiva, explicativa y no experimental. Se realizó un análisis en base a la demanda de turistas existentes en referencia a los históricos de fechas importantes como el carnaval y la semana santa. En relación a eso se trata de determinar la influencia que presentan los medios sociales tanto para la promoción turística como para la información y presentación de los diversos programas que se desarrollan en este tipo de feriados. Se emplea los métodos de investigación inductivo, deductivo y exploratorio mismos que permitieron obtener información verídica para consolidar algunos cuestionamientos presentados en el desarrollo del proyecto. Con los resultados obtenidos se pudo evidenciar que aún existe gran cantidad de factores que aún no han sido analizados y que es factible incrementar el número de turistas de forma secuencial en todo el año, siempre y cuando se capacite más a los comuneros para que puedan hacer uso de los medios de comunicación social y puedan publicar sobre las distintas fechas que realizan organizaciones de los diferentes eventos o feriados y así aprovechar los medios naturales para crecer económicamente. Se deben aprovechar las tendencias de la era digital y las redes sociales para compartir estos lugares turísticos y que el mensaje llegue no solamente a nivel del país sino más bien impactar a los turistas extranjeros para que puedan disfrutar de este atractivo turístico. Es necesario que exista también apoyo por parte del GAD Municipal mediante los responsables de turismo y también con la ayuda del ministerio de turismo, para que se puedan establecer convenios que ayuden a difundir y mejorar la economía de este sector que ya posee su balneario como un medio más de sostenimiento económico familiar.es_ES
