| dc.description | The role of social communicator sets a precedent in the history of Ecuador and the world, it is the professional in this Rome who through his words manages to inform and promote various issues of importance to society, it can be interpreted that communication is the pillar that sustains the structure and stability of a nation, the objective of this project is to analyze the role of the communicator in two different fields that come together for a common purpose, the social development and the cultural development of the San Luis Cantón-Mocache Campus, both axes share promoting and publicizing the circumstances in which said community is currently developing, based on the consumption of information through the media in a significant way we can break down several aspects, there are programs that transmit social and cultural content in the Currently, these programs are or are not liked by the public, communication professionals are active in the community, and These questions to be answered, correspond to the use of two study techniques, research based on theoretical foundations, analysis and perspectives of various actors, and surveys that focus on a sample of the previously selected population. | dc.description.abstract | El rol de comunicador social marca un precedente en la historia de Ecuador y del mundo, es el profesional en esta roma quien a través de sus palabras consigue informar y promover varios temas de importancia para la sociedad, se puede interpretar que es la comunicación el pilar que sostiene la estructura y estabilidad de una nación , el objetivo de este proyecto es analizar el rol del comunicador en dos campos distintos que se unen para un fin común, el desarrollo social y el desarrollo cultural del Recinto San Luis Cantón- Mocache ambos ejes comparten el promover y dar a conocer las circunstancias en las que se desarrolla en la actualidad dicha comunidad, en base al consumo de información a través de los medios de comunicación de forma significativa podemos desglosar varios aspectos, existen programas que transmiten contenido social y cultual en la actualidad, estos programas son o no del agrado del público, los profesionales de comunicación actúan de forma activa en la comunidad, estas interrogantes para ser resultas, corresponden al uso de dos técnicas de estudio, la investigación en base de fundamentos teóricos, análisis y perspectivas de varios actores, y las encuestas que se enfocan en una muestra sobre la población previamente seleccionada. El servir de forma activa en las comunidades sobre todo en las que se encuentran ubicadas fuera de las zonas urbanas, debe ser prioridad para un comunicador social comprometido con su trabajo. | es_ES |
