| dc.description | This study was carried out in order to allow us to recognize and apply accounting software which will help our company, these programs will facilitate the use of them in our operations to record, classify, process information on all our accounting transactions to make effective the execution in the finance department of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of San Jacinto de Yaguachi. For the development of this work, a previous observation, investigation was carried out. Survey of the directive and administrative personnel by obtaining said information, an analysis of it was carried out in order to then obtain correct solutions according to the need through this accounting software its correct use, function and development which should be applied according to the need business as there are several types of accounting programs depending on the company. Thus we will have that the accounting software was directed to a financial department since it has a typology according to its need. Through the study of this case, the application of accounting software that contributes to the management of the information of the accounting operations and its correct systematization could be evidenced because it constitutes a fundamental tool to maintain order in the accounts of a company , when being executed in the presentation of financial statements, helping to have an adequate control and thus errors can be anticipated or problems related to accounting in the financial department can be avoided. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio se efectuó con el fin de permitir reconocer y aplicar un software contable los cuales brindaran ayuda a nuestra empresa estos programas facilitaran la utilización de los mismos en nuestras operaciones para registrar, clasificar, procesar la información todas nuestras las transacciones contables para efectivizar la ejecución en el departamento de finanzas de Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del San Jacinto de Yaguachi. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se realizó una previa observación, investigación. encuesta al personal directivo y administrativo mediante la obtención dicha información se realizó un análisis de la misma para luego obtener así soluciones acertadas según la necesidad a través de este software contable su correcto uso, función y desarrollo el cual debía ser aplicado de acuerdo a la necesidad empresarial ya que existen varios tipos de programas contables dependiendo la empresa. Así tendremos que el software contable fue direccionado a un departamento financiero ya que esta posee una tipología acorde a la necesidad del mismo. Se pudo evidenciar a través del estudio de este caso la aplicación de un software contable que contribuya al manejo de la información de las operaciones contables y su correcta sistematización debido a que constituye este en una herramienta fundamental para mantener el orden en las cuentas de una empresa, al ser ejecutado en la presentación de los estados financiero ,ayudando a tener un adecuado control y así se puedan prever errores o evitar problemas relacionados con la contabilidad en el departamento financiero. | es_ES |
