dc.description | The case study was carried out in the Guayas canton in the city of Guayaquil, its main commercial port is located within the Gulf of Guayaquil. The purpose is to analyze the food and beverage services of the Plaza Guayarte and the Gastronomic Tourism of Guayaquil, which will make it possible to publicize the riches that this place offers.
In the research approach, the quantitative, descriptive and documentary method was used in which they helped to develop the proposed objectives, and to collect all the necessary information. An interview was conducted aimed at visitors who frequent this place in which important data was obtained for the study of the case with leading food and beverage establishments in order to motivate national and foreign visitors, who consume the various products, thus increasing sustainable economic development for the inhabitants of the city of Guayaquil.
Plaza Guayarte is one of the points of reference at the local level, it is a reference point for gastronomy and walls referring to urban art, it is also a showcase for artists with more than 40 illustrated artists, among them we have Apitatan (Sebastián Aguirre) from Quito and Entes from Peru. dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso se realizó en el cantón Guayas en la ciudad de Guayaquil su puerto principal comercial está ubicado dentro del golfo de Guayaquil. El fin es analizar los servicios de alimentos y bebidas de la plaza guayarte y el Turismo Gastronómico de Guayaquil, que permitirá dar a conocer las riquezas que este lugar ofrece.
En el enfoque de investigación se usó el método cuantitativo, descriptivo y documental en los cuales ayudaron a desarrollar los objetivos planteados, y a recopilar toda la información necesaria. Se realizó una entrevista que va dirigidas a los visitantes que frecuentan este lugar en la cual se obtuvieron datos importantes para el estudio del caso con referentes establecimientos de alimentos y bebidas a fin de motivar a los visitantes nacionales y extranjeros, que consuman los variados productos, incrementando de esta manera el desarrollo sostenible económico para los habitantes de la ciudad de Guayaquil.
La plaza Guayarte es uno de los puntos referentes a nivel local es un referente de la gastronomía y muros referentes al arte urbano, también es vitrina de artistas con más de 40 artistas ilustrados entre ellos tenemos al quiteño Apitatan (Sebastián Aguirre) y del peruano Entes (Joan Jiménez). | es_ES |
