dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio va direccionado a un análisis de la accesibilidad de las cascadas San Jacinto, parroquia los Ángeles del cantón Ventanas, ubicado en la provincia de Los Ríos. La accesibilidad es un factor que tiene mucha importancia en el ámbito turístico, sin embargo, la cascada actualmente tiene barreras que impiden realizar un turismo incluyente, además cabe recalcar que el turismo accesible aún no tiene una definición aprobada debido a que ha venido evolucionado a través de los años. El objetivo de este proyecto es analizar la accesibilidad de la cascada de San Jacinto para la mejora de la experiencia turística En el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizó la metodología descriptiva que se aplicó mediante indagaciones en libros de internet, artículos, páginas web, etc. Además, nos permite recolectar información desde el campo investigativo para acotar desde otro punto de vista las características que posee el acceso a las cascadas de San Jacinto. Considerando que la experiencia turística es un factor muy importante dentro la demanda del cliente, es decir, mediante esto la persona que ofrece el servicio trata de satisfacer las necesidades del visitante para que obtenga la mejor experiencia posible sin dejar por desapercibido el turismo sostenible.es_ES
