Its objective was to analyze the communication strategies that this entity carried out using various means of current technology, communication being vital at this time and necessary for the normal development of daily life. Pedro Carbo that has its limitations, but despite this, the initiative of the municipality was noticed by spreading many messages using various channels with informative audiovisual attachments. dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación presenta el tema uso de las redes sociales como estrategia comunicacional del GAD Pedro Carbo durante la pandemia. Su objetivo fue analizar las estrategias comunicativas que realizó esta entidad utilizando varios medios de la tecnología actual, siendo la comunicación vital en este tiempo y necesaria para el normal desenvolvimiento del diario vivir. Pedro Carbo cuenta con sus limitaciones, pero a pesar de esto se notó la iniciativa de la municipalidad al difundir muchos mensajes utilizando varios canales con adjuntos audiovisuales informativos. La metodología empleada fue de tipo descriptiva y bibliográfica, se obtuvo los datos mediante entrevistas, para detectar: De qué manera las estrategias utilizadas fueron beneficiosas, se analizó e interpretó los resultados, llegando a la conclusión de que las estrategias que brindó el GAD fueron de gran ayuda para la comunidad.es_ES
