| dc.description | During the confinement due to covid-19 in 2020, one of the largest communication media in Ecuador had to adapt the editorial department and that is how Diario Expreso of the city of Guayaquil was forced to rethink strategies in the writing department. The main objective of the research was to describe the employment impact of the modified newsrooms due to the pandemic in print media. A methodology with a qualitative approach was proposed, in which it has a descriptive scope. For the theoretical development, the articles, magazines, documents, among others, that are provided on the web were very useful. According to the analysis carried out, it was possible to conclude that the work of the writing team had to adapt to the teleworking modality and having technology as an ally, which through the tools it offers was very useful for all kinds of information that it was required to receive or inform, about the organization, as well as for the preparation of the newspaper. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Durante el confinamiento a causa del covid-19 en el año 2020, uno de los medios de comunicación más grande del Ecuador, tuvo que adecuar el departamento de redacción y es así como Diario Expreso de la ciudad de Guayaquil, se vio obligado a replantear estrategias en el departamento de redacción. El objetivo principal de la investigación fue describir la afectación laboral de las redacciones modificadas debido a la pandemia en medios de comunicación impresos. Se planteó una metodología con enfoque cualitativo, en la cual, tenga un alcance descriptivo. Para el desarrollo teórico fue de gran utilidad los artículos, revistas, documentos entre otros que se facilita la web. De acuerdo con el análisis realizado se pudo concluir, que la labor del equipo de redacción tuvo que adecuarse a la modalidad del teletrabajo y teniendo como aliado a la tecnología, que por medio de las herramientas que ofrece fue de gran utilidad para todo tipo de información que se requería recibir o informar, sobre la organización, al igual, que para la elaboración del periódico. | es_ES |
