| dc.description.abstract | Con la aparición y desarrollo de las tecnologías el mundo ha estado más actualizado y ha permitido a las personas poder acceder a una diversidad de medios de comunicación a través de las plataformas de digitales haciendo de su información casi inmediata. Debido a la gran cantidad de expansión y variedades mediáticas algunos canales de televisión han llegado a perder audiencia en sus programaciones. Es por esta razón los canales de televisión se han visto en la necesidad de agregar en sus franjas informativas noticieros comunitarios en los cuales puedan ofrecer programas de interés para la sociedad y de esta manera el pueblo pueda expresar sus opiniones acerca de lo que ocurre en los sectores que viven.
