| dc.description | The development of this research work is focused on the Visitor Profile and Tourist Services in the Babahoyo canton, Los Ríos Province, it aims to determine the importance of raising the visitor profile and identify tourist services to contribute to economic development, social and tourist in the Canton Babahoyo Province of Los Ríos. To proceed with the gathering of information on the Visitor Profile and tourist services in the Babahoyo canton, this study was based on the qualitative and quantitative method, through exploratory, descriptive, documentary and social research, which are supported by convenience sampling techniques, online surveys and observation, proceeding to the subsequent tabulation of the data obtained, it was possible to establish pertinent conclusions and recommendations, which indicate that the Babahoyo Canton receives different types of visitors, most of them are student occupation visitors, and therefore their reasons for visiting are for research. or study, thus leaving Tourism in the background, in the case of tourist services, it should be noted that the most used are outside the tourist field, leaving the restaurant service as a second option, and showing a medium level of satisfaction in services provided, in this way the Canton is considered Babahoyo a place with little tourist influx, with a lack of visitors who arrive for tourism reasons, based on what was obtained through the investigation, a possible solution is proposed, which includes creating a tourist information blog to provide access facilities to the attractions that the Babahoyo Canton has. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo del presente trabajo investigativo se centra en el Perfil del Visitante y los Servicios Turísticos en el cantón Babahoyo, Provincia de Los Ríos, tiene la finalidad de determinar la importancia del levantamiento del perfil del visitante e identificar los servicios turísticos para contribuir al desarrollo económico, social y turístico en el Cantón Babahoyo Provincia de Los Ríos. Para proceder hacer el levantamiento de información sobre el Perfil del visitante y los servicios turísticos en el cantón Babahoyo, este estudio se basó en el método cualitativo y cuantitativo, por medio de la investigación exploratoria, descriptiva, documental y social, mismas que se sostienen mediante las técnicas de muestreo por conveniencia, encuestas vía online y observación, procediendo a la posterior tabulación de los datos obtenidos, se pudo establecer conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes, que indican que el Cantón Babahoyo, recibe diferentes tipos de visitantes, en su mayoría son visitantes de ocupación estudiantil, y por ende sus motivos de visita son de investigación o estudio, dejando de esta forma al Turismo en un segundo plano, en el caso de los servicios turísticos, cabe indicar, que los más utilizados son ajenos al ámbito turístico, dejando en segunda opción al servicio de restaurantes, y manifestando un nivel medio en grado de satisfacción en servicios prestados, de esta manera se considera al Cantón Babahoyo un lugar de poca afluencia turística, con carencia de visitantes que lleguen por razones de Turismo, en función de lo obtenido mediante la investigación, se procede a plantear una posible solución, la que contempla, crear un Blog de información turística para proporcionar facilidades de acceso a los atractivos que posee el Cantón Babahoyo. | es_ES |
