| dc.description | This case study focuses on defining “Strategies for the reopening of post-covid activities of the Rock and Straw agrotourism complex”. Where it seeks to implement new biosecurity measures for the complex, due to the covid-19 pandemic, and thus be able to reopen the doors and that can generate economic income with the visit of tourists. The agro-tourism complex is located at km 5, via the Baba canton, where it offers recreational activities, extreme sports and the typical food of the place, in which the tourist can go to enjoy a relaxing and unforgettable atmosphere and especially with the General biosafety protocol measures for food and beverage establishments: restaurants and cafeterias, at the time of their reopening, due to the health emergency caused by covid19. The search for strategies for the reopening of the Rock and Straw agrotourism complex, will allow tourists to visit the complex without any fear of contagion of covid-19, and can enjoy the place, since corresponding biosecurity measures will be implemented to prevent the spread of the virus and thus also be able to reactivate tourism in the Baba canton and the province of Los Ríos. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se focaliza en definir “Estrategias para la reapertura de actividades post-covid del complejo agroturístico Rock and Straw”. Donde se busca identificar nuevas medidas de bioseguridad para el complejo, a causa de la pandemia del covid-19, y así poder reabrir las puertas y que pueda generar ingresos económicos con la visita de los turistas. El complejo agroturístico se encuentra ubicado en el km 5, vía al cantón Baba, donde ofrece actividades recreativas, deportes extremos y la comida típica del lugar, en el cual el turista puede ir a disfrutar de un ambiente relajante e inolvidable y sobre todo con las medidas de protocolos generales de bioseguridad para establecimientos de alimentos y bebidas: restaurantes y cafeterías, al momento de su reapertura, debido a la emergencia sanitaria por covid19. La búsqueda de las estrategias para la reapertura del complejo agroturístico Rock and Straw, permitirá que los turistas visiten el complejo sin ningún temor al contagio del covid-19, y puedan disfrutar del lugar, ya que se implementaran medidas de bioseguridad correspondientes para evitar la propagación del virus y así también poder reactivar el turismo en el cantón Baba y la provincia de Los Ríos. | es_ES |
