dc.descriptionThe present work deals with virtual learning environments currently applied in education. It is palpating the advantages and disadvantages that have been presented to teachers and students before the implementation of the same. It was also found that EVA has been the best ally to continue maintaining the teaching process, allowing education not to take a long pause after the current pandemic. Investigative journalism applied to new technologies was implemented, using the analysis technique, which allowed us to collect qualitative data for the progress and completion of this case study. This research analyzes the use of the virtual learning environment (EVA) in the school system of the city of Babahoyo in times of pandemic, to know the level of knowledge that students have acquired through these digital platforms. The EVAs have had a great impact on the teaching and learning process, both in the training of teachers and in that of students.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo trata sobre los entornos virtuales de aprendizaje aplicados actualmente en la educación. Palpando las ventajas y desventajas que se han presentado a los docentes y estudiantes ante la implementación de los mismo. También se pudo constatar que EVA ha sido el mejor aliado para proseguir manteniendo el proceso de enseñanza permitiendo que la educación no tome una larga pausa tras la pandemia que se atraviesa actualmente. Se implementó el periodismo investigativo aplicado en las nuevas tecnologías, acudiendo a la técnica del análisis, que permitió la recopilación de datos cualitativos para los avances y culminación del presente estudio de caso. Esta investigación analiza la utilización del entorno virtual de aprendizaje (EVA) en el sistema escolar de la ciudad de Babahoyo en tiempos de pandemia, para conocer el nivel de conocimientos que han adquirido los estudiantes por medio de estas plataformas digitales. Los EVA han tenido un gran impacto en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, tanto en la formación de los docentes como en la de los estudiantes.es_ES
