dc.description | The software as a Service (SAAS) as a business model, is nothing other than a distribution method that transmits the usual or traditional service in a custom digital service. In other words, this model helps companies improve their production through a method known as subscription and the accommodation in the cloud; In short, it is a process of innovation and transformation of the new digital age that certifies the facilitation and access to a number of various services through the web.
For due process, the qualitative research was used, pretending the generation of concepts and theories that depart from previously studied works that served as a starting point to meet the objective of knowing the importance of the convergence between disruptive communication and the SaaS model that apply in Netflix and Spotify platforms, knowing the opportunities they provide. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El Software as a service (Saas) como modelo de negocio, no es otra cosa que un método de distribución que transmuta el servicio habitual o tradicional en un servicio digital personalizado. En otras palabras, dicho modelo ayuda a las empresas a mejorar su producción a través de un método conocido como suscripción y el alojamiento en la nube; en definitiva, es un proceso de innovación y transformación de la nueva era digital que certifica el facilitamiento y acceso a un sin número de variados servicios a través de la web.
Para el debido tratamiento del proyecto se empleó investigación cualitativa, pretendiendo la generación de conceptos y teorías que parten desde trabajos antes estudiados que sirvieron como punto de partida para cumplir con el objetivo de conocer la importancia de la convergencia entre la comunicación disruptiva y el modelo SaaS que se aplican en las plataformas de Netflix y Spotify, conociendo las oportunidades que brindan. | es_ES |
