The research was developed through a descriptive and bibliographic research; the information was obtained from scientific publications and other digital documents that have a direct relationship with the subject of the research work "Precision agriculture in the agronomic management of maize cultivation on the Ecuadorian coast", whose objective is to identify the technologies applied in maize production on the Ecuadorian coast. Taking into account the results of research carried out, after being analyzed, the conclusion was reached: in maize crops on the Ecuadorian coast precision farming methods are not applied, therefore it is recommended to intervene with research and other methods that would contribute with the production of yellow maize and environmental care with the use of variable dose technologies , GPS-assisted spraying, GIS programs, statistical programs, GPS global positioning systems, remote sensors, direct sensors. | es_ES |

La investigación fue desarrollada mediante una investigación de tipo descriptiva y bibliográfica; la información fue obtenida de publicaciones científicas y demás documentos digitales que mantenga una relación directa con el tema del trabajo de investigación “Agricultura de precisión en el manejo agronómico del cultivo de maíz en el litoral ecuatoriano”, cuyo objetivo es Identificar las tecnologías aplicadas en la producción de maíz en el litoral ecuatoriano. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados de investigaciones realizadas, luego de ser analizadas se llegó a la conclusión: en los cultivos de maíz del litoral ecuatoriano no son aplicados los métodos de agricultura de precisión, por tanto se recomienda intervenir con investigaciones y otros métodos que aportarían con la producción del maíz amarillo y el cuidado del medio ambiente con el uso de tecnologías de dosis variables, pulverización asistida por GPS, programas de SIG, programas estadísticos, sistemas de posicionamiento global GPS, sensores remotos, sensores directo. | es_ES |
