| dc.description | This study had the purpose of being able to cooperate from the technical-agricultural point of view with the producers of oil palm cultivation of the Province of Los Ríos, in order to provide possible solutions regarding the management of cultural tasks applied in cultivation, During the study, it was observed that the production factors were not carried out in a technical way, which led to a decrease at harvest time, which ends up being reflected in economic losses, which are reflected in costs. production of the producer, and even many times due to the execution of poor agricultural tasks, not only money but also time is lost, for that reason this work tries to provide an organized approach from sowing to postharvest, involving all those cultural tasks that involve good crop management in order to cope with the demands received from the oil palm industries. Observing the importance of this crop, at the end of this bibliographic work it was recommended to carry out field days, socialization of flyers on good agricultural practices, links with the community and undergraduate thesis to improve as much as possible the problem raised. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio tuvo la finalidad de poder cooperar desde el punto de vista técnico-agrícola con los productores de cultivo de palma aceitera de la Provincia de Los Ríos, con el fin de dar posibles soluciones en cuanto al manejo de las labores culturales aplicadas en cultivo, durante el estudio se observó que la realización de los factores de producción no se realizaban de una forma técnica lo cual con llevaba a una merma en el momento de la cosecha, lo cual termina reflejándose en pérdidas económicas, las mismas que se reflejan en los costos de producción del productor, e incluso muchas veces debido a la ejecución de malas labores agrícolas se pierde no solo dinero sino también de tiempo, por esa razón este trabajo trata de brindar un enfoque organizado desde la siembra hasta la postcosecha, involucrando todas aquellas labores culturales que involucran un buen manejo de cultivo para de esta manera sobrellevar las demandas recibidas por parte de las industrias de la palma aceitera. Observando la importancia de este cultivo, al finalizar este trabajo bibliográfico se recomendó realizar días de campo, socialización de volantes sobre las buenas prácticas agrícolas, vínculos con la colectividad y tesis de pregrado para mejorar en lo posible la problemática planteada. | es_ES |
