| dc.description | The present case study, based on the impact of the Guayaquil Historical Park on tourism in Samborondón, has been carried out with the purpose of diagnosing tourism parameters in the canton, the interest of the authorities in carrying out tourism projects offering and improving the quality service and staff fully trained to assist tourists visiting the Historical Park of Guayaquil and the motivation of customers to visit and stay in the park. To collect information and achieve the objective, research techniques such as literature, field, survey and interview, among others, were carried out. Once the investigations are finished, it can be concluded that the Park is essential for tourism in Samborondón and neighboring cantons such as Guayaquil, it represents a great tourist destination within the region and the country, as well as exposing not only history, flora and wildlife, but also the montuvias culture and traditions that over the years are lost, but it is thanks to these centers that cultural identity can be maintained and disseminated. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El actual estudio de caso, se basa en el impacto del Parque Histórico Guayaquil en el turismo de Samborondón, se lo ha realizado con el propósito de diagnosticar los parámetros de turismo en el cantón, el interés de las autoridades en realizar proyectos turísticos ofreciendo y mejorando el servicio de calidad y personal totalmente capacitado para atender a los turistas que visiten el Parque Histórico de Guayaquil y la motivación de los clientes por visitar y alojarse en el parque. Para recolectar información y conseguir el objetivo se realizaron técnicas de investigación como bibliográfica, de campo, encuesta y entrevista, entre otros. Una vez terminadas las investigaciones se puede concluir en que el Parque es esencial para el turismo de Samborondón y cantones aledaños como Guayaquil, representa un gran destino turístico dentro de la región y el país, además de exponer no sólo la historia, la flora y fauna, sino también la cultura y tradiciones montuvias que con el pasar de los años se pierde, pero es gracias a estos centros se puede mantener y difundir la identidad cultural. | es_ES |
