But when the communication methods are not used appropriately, if the exchange of ideas is desired, it is not going to be possible and it becomes difficult to understand. dc.description.abstract | La asertividad comunicacional es fundamental en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje por la variada información y comunicación que se proyecta a través de la conducta, porque en muchas ocasiones hay dificultades para expresarse ya que no hay la intención de trabajar adecuadamente y en grupo más bien proyectas malas ideas, talvez muchos no sean objetivos al poder expresar lo que sienten, pero ser asertivo es tener la sinceridad de mejorar su conducta no ofendiendo a nadie sino ser capaz de fortalecer su amistad, aunque las personas no se convencen que la asertividad es una herramienta que permite optimizar las relaciones humanas, ya que no es solamente decir lo que piensas sino también centrarse en las actitudes positivas que no afecte susceptibilidad de nadie más bien acrecentar el proceso de enseñanza el ser humano siempre quiere que le exijan, para cumplir a cabalidad en cualquier ámbito en el laboral, educativo, empresarial, social. Pero cuando los métodos de la comunicación no se utilizan apropiadamente así se desee el intercambio de ideas no se va a poder concretar y se convierte en difícil de comprender. Es allí donde se está perdiendo la honestidad, pero como en toda institución existen conflictos, estereotipos, inconvenientes laborales, entonces enérgicamente hay que tomar acciones activas y concretas, centrándose en lo que uno quiere y ser lo más específico posible para no herir susceptibilidades y más bien convertirse en un ejemplo a seguir por las futuras generaciones. Las funciones sustantivas están inmersas en el proceso de aprendizaje. La docencia, la investigación y la extensión todas guardan estrecha relación porque en el marco del desarrollo social todo acontecimiento que ocurra en la actualidad obliga al campus universitario de la Provincia de Los Ríos a prestar atención aquellos que no logren profesionalizarse y tengan la oportunidad de demostrar su actitud profundizando con respuestas inmediatas a los problemas que inciden en la actividad de los hombres tanto a nivel de comunidad como también en un entorno social más alto, inclusive el docente se convierte en el puente para que los conocimientos trasciendan de generación en generación y proyección social, son encargadas de formar profesionales para el servicio y la solidaridad, ya que las tres funciones están íntimamente ligadas con la naturaleza. | es_ES |
