There are media that seek to get the attention of the public, reporting in an exaggerated way the facts, this type of pompous writing has a simple writing, understandable to any reader; It has a range of colors that highlights its headlines making them flashy; they also choose images that cause people morbidity, that produce curiosity for wanting to know more about the news. | dc.description.abstract | Los medios de comunicación sensacionalistas se caracterizan por difundir información polémica, chocante o que llama mucho la atención, en perjuicio de otros asuntos o de los aspectos objetivamente más importantes de tales asuntos. Es común que en los medios de comunicación sensacionalistas se tienda a verter repetidamente información falsa o dañina. La corriente sensacionalista fue creada para producir sensaciones, emociones y curiosidad en el público. Existen medios de comunicación que buscan llamar la atención del público, informando de manera exagerada los hechos, este tipo de redacción pomposa, tiene una escritura simple, comprensible para cualquier lector; tiene una gama de colores que resalta sus titulares haciéndolos llamativos; también escogen imágenes que causen morbo en las personas, que produzcan curiosidad por querer saber más de la noticia. La prensa como sensacionalismo en Ecuador, ha ido creciendo en la sociedad como un fenómeno imparable, echando raíces el mismo que no ha parado hasta la actualidad, donde utilizan elementos llamativos, el mismo que se identifica con las clases populares, donde lo único que busca es saciar la curiosidad para satisfacer el morbo, olvidando su objetivo que es de educar y orientar a la población. | es_ES |
