Las redes sociales y su impacto en la comunicación efectiva en el Barrio Santa Martha del Cantón Buena Fe, año 2019

| dc.description | During the investigation process many appreciations were evidenced on the use and application of social networks, the same ones that mainly use Facebook WhatsApp Instagram, among others in a smaller proportion; This generates concern because the inhabitants of this sector have a very particular characteristic that lies in the lack of effective communication resulting from the investigation, and then they propose a proposal with the objective of improving in that area. In the mentioned sector a great impact of the social networks was generated because they are available to all, however, it is necessary that the execution of the guidance guide be continued gradually among the inhabitants of the sector when they hold a meeting in some massive event. The evolution of those of technology has motivated the massive use of social networks. It has happened that the inhabitants neglect other family, work and cultural environments that cause disinterest in relating to each other and generate alterations in their habits following a pattern or tendency and take advantage of these digital tools and use the techniques of oral and written expression for the development of communication processes, due to the augmented reality approach with which the inhabitants of the Santa Martha sector use. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Durante el proceso de investigación se evidenciaron muchas apreciaciones sobre el uso y aplicación de las redes sociales las mismas que en su mayoría utilizan Facebook WhatsApp Instagram entre otras en menor proporción; esto genera una preocupación debido a que los habitantes de este sector tienen una característica muy particular que radica en la deficiente comunicación efectiva resultado de la investigación, y para luego plantear una propuesta con el objetivo de mejorar en ese ámbito. En el sector mencionado se generó un gran impacto de las redes sociales debido a que están al alcance de todos sin embargo es necesario que se continúen a partir de la propuesta la ejecución de guía de orientación de manera paulatina entre los habitantes del sector cuando realicen una reunión en algún evento masivo. La evolución de los de la tecnología ha motivado la utilización masiva de las redes sociales ha ocurrido que los habitantes descuiden otros entornos sean familiares laborales y culturales provocando desinterés de relacionarse entre ellos y generar alteraciones en sus hábitos siguiendo un patrón o tendencia y aprovechar estas herramientas digitales y utilizar las técnicas de expresión oral y escrita para el desarrollo de los procesos de la comunicación, debido al acercamiento de la realidad aumentada con la que los habitantes del sector Santa Martha utilizan. | es_ES |
