dc.descriptionA case study is presented children with oppositional defiant disorder, a sample of 44 children / as those with disruptive and oppositional behavior in the family, school and in their interaction with other children / as with verbal and physical manifestations. We proceeded to perform the intervention of the minors who present said disorder with the collaboration of the parents applying the respective clinical observation allowing to detect the different types of signs that children with challenging negativist disorder present and clinical interview the same that allowed me to obtain information about of their relatives and therefore the patient, as an evaluation measures, a questionnaire of 10 questions, 8 of multiple choice and 2 of open questions was designed and used, addressed to parents to know what are the behaviors that children manifest and what actions parents take before them. A constant evaluation was carried out applying methods and techniques that allow information to be collected from both minors and parents. The intervention is based on systemic family therapy, said therapy was effective in reducing the characteristic symptoms of the challenging negativist disorder, applying techniques and strategies that allow restructuring the family system, self-control techniques, problem solving, training in techniques to regulate challenging behaviors. The results show an improvement in children's behavior, in family and social interaction, denoting greater control of their challenging behavior and reducing disruptive behavior.es_ES

dc.description.abstractSe presenta un estudio de casos de niños con trastorno negativista desafiante, una muestra de 44 niños/as quienes presentan conductas disruptivas y de oposición en el ámbito familiar, escolar y en su interacción con demás niños/as, con manifestaciones verbales y físicas. Se procedió a realizar la intervención de los menores que presentan dicho trastorno con la colaboración de los progenitores aplicando la respectiva observación clínica permitiendo detectar los distintos tipos de signos que presentan los niños con trastorno negativista desafiante y entrevista clínica la misma que me permitió obtener información acerca de sus familiares y por ende el paciente, como medidas de evaluación se diseñó y utilizó un cuestionario de 10 preguntas, 8 de opción múltiple y 2 de preguntas abiertas, dirigidas a los padres de familia para conocer cuáles son las conductas que los niños manifiestan y que acciones toman los progenitores ante las mismas. Se realizo una evaluación constante aplicando métodos y técnicas que permitan recopilar información tanto de los menores y padres de familia. La intervención está basada en la terapia familiar sistémica, dicha terapia resulto efectiva en la disminución de la sintomatología característica del trastorno negativista desafiante, aplicando técnicas y estrategias que permitan reestructurar el sistema familiar, técnicas de autocontrol, resolución de problemas, entrenamiento en técnicas para regular conductas desafiantes. Los resultados muestran una mejoría en la conducta de los niños, en la interacción familiar y social, denotando un mayor control de su conducta desafiante y disminuyendo el comportamiento disruptivo.es_ES
