Factores que condicionan el desarrollo turístico en el Cerro Cacharí

| dc.description | The objective of this study is to identify the factors that condition the tourist development of the Cacharí Hill of the Babahoyo canton, Province of Los Ríos; with the purpose of providing a leisure and distraction space by carrying out ecotourism activities, which allow improving the economic development of the City of Babahoyo. For the development of this case study, a type of field investigation was used because the site was visited to observe the state of the Natural Resource and its surroundings. As well as the factors that condition its development were described. Interviews were applied to members of the community and surveys of residents of the city of Babahoyo to know the demand of the place and the facilities offered to tourists. It was concluded that one of the main factors that affect the tourist development of Cerro Cacharí, is the high crime rate, which prevents a greater influx of visitors to carry out activities that favor the quality of life of the La Pinela Community. Finally, it is suggested to work together with the sectional authorities and the community on projects that allow the promotion of Cerro Cacharí at the level of tourist attraction | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este estudio es identificar los factores que condicionan el desarrollo turístico del Cerro Cacharí del Cantón Babahoyo, Provincia De Los Ríos; con la finalidad de brindar un espacio de ocio y distracción realizando actividades de ecoturismo, que permitan mejorar el desarrollo económico de la Ciudad de Babahoyo. Para el desarrollo de este estudio de caso se usó un tipo de investigación de campo porque se acudió al lugar para observar el estado del Recurso Natural y sus alrededores. Así como también se describieron los factores que condicionan su desarrollo. Se aplicaron entrevistas a los miembros de la comunidad y encuestas a pobladores de la ciudad de Babahoyo para conocer la demanda del lugar y las facilidades que brinda al turista. Se concluyó que uno de los principales factores que inciden en el desarrollo turístico del Cerro Cacharí, es el alto índice de delincuencia, que impide mayor afluencia de los visitantes para realizar actividades que permitan favorecer la calidad de vida de la Comunidad La Pinela. Finalmente se sugiere trabajar en conjunto con las autoridades seccionales y la comunidad en proyectos que permitan potenciar el Cerro Cacharí a nivel de atractivo turístico. | es_ES |
