dc.description | This report raises the issues facing the company Eslabón del Agro - Agencia Catarama in relation to their work environment, also known as organizational climate. Through methodologies such as descriptive research and other research tools mentioned in the respective introduction, it was possible to establish and determine that the factors associated with the inadequate work environment are due to: demotivation of staff, deconcentration at work, high staff turnover, lateness, absenteeism, and also the lack of emotional intelligence of the leader.
As a result of the aforementioned problems, it was known that they originate negative effects in the company such as: low work performance, excessive errors in tasks, instability in work teams, loss of money, time, conflicts and apathy among employees. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente informe plantea las problemáticas que afronta la empresa Eslabón del Agro – Agencia Catarama en lo referente a su ambiente laboral, también conocido como clima organizacional. Por medio de metodologías como la investigación descriptiva y otras herramientas de investigación mencionadas en la respectiva introducción, se pudo establecer y determinar que los factores asociados al ambiente laboral inadecuado se deben a: desmotivación del personal, desconcentración en el trabajo, alta rotación del personal, impuntualidad, absentismo, y también la falta de inteligencia emocional del líder.
Como resultante de los problemas señalados se conoció que originan efectos negativos en la empresa como: bajo rendimiento laboral, errores excesivos en las tareas, inestabilidad en equipos de trabajo, pérdidas de dinero, tiempo, conflictos y apatía entre empleados. | es_ES |
