dc.description.abstract | A nivel mundial existe una lucha para reducir los desórdenes alimenticios de adolescentes, muchos estudios han evidenciado enfermedades que se generan a partir de una mala ingesta alimentaria, sin embargo, son los hábitos lo que determina el futuro de la salud del ser humano. Las culturas alimentarias son muy diversas, incluso en los miembros de una misma familia, en el presente trabajo de investigación, se analiza cuáles son las culturas alimentarias que adoptan los estudiantes de educación general básica de la Unidad Educativa David Guevara Naranjo, asimismo se determina el impacto que estas culturas tienen en relación con el desarrollo de las capacidades de aprendizaje. En el estudio se consideran varios aspectos socioeconómicos y políticos que buscan mejorar los hábitos alimenticios de los educandos, así como los programas y actividades que se desarrollan en la institución educativa, que no han sido eficientes en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos. A partir de un estudio cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo y aplicando instrumentos de investigación que permiten identificar la cultura alimentaria de los adolescentes, se plantea una propuesta que fortalezca la aplicación de buenos hábitos alimentarios en los estudiantes, dando lugar a nuevos estudios en el campo educativo. | es_ES |
