dc.description	The purpose of this investigation case is to describe how the poor hotel infrastructure affects the tourism development generated by the disinterest of the authorities in the quality of hotel services, as well as the low budget and ignorance of the consumer profile, it is possible to emphasize the objective of this case study is to describe how hotel infrastructure contribute to the tourism development of the Cantón Durán. For which the exploratory, bibliographic and descriptive research methods were used, where deeper and clearer information on the problem could be obtained through the execution of surveys and observation sheet. As a result, the implementation of a feedback system in the hotel establishments of the city is proposed to obtain customer satisfaction and make the necessary changes for their prompt return	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La Finalidad de este caso de investigación es describir de qué manera afecta la deficiente infraestructura hotelera al desarrollo turístico generado por el desinterés de las autoridades en la calidad de los servicios hoteleros, así como también el bajo presupuesto y el desconocimiento del perfil del consumidor, cabe recalcar que el objetivo de este caso de estudio es describir como la infraestructura hotelera contribuye al desarrollo turístico del cantón Durán. Para los cuales fueron utilizados los métodos de investigación explorativa, bibliográfica y descriptiva, donde se pudo obtener una información más profunda y clara de la problemática mediante la ejecución de encuestas y ficha de observación. Como resultado se plantea la ejecución de un sistema de feedback en los establecimientos hoteleros de la ciudad para obtener sobre la satisfacción del cliente y realizar los cambios necesarios para su pronto regreso	es_ES
