dc.description	The proposed research emphasizes the management of good environmental practices in restaurants in the city of Babahoyo, which are regulated in order to contribute to the care of the planet and the environment, restaurants as well as the other elements that make up the plant tourism should take into account the main role of making use of these rules to conduct a responsible tourism with nature and the environment that surrounds society. The present study establishes several chapters in which the problems that are observed in the restaurants of the city of Babahoyo are made known based on the policies that must be met related to the use of good environmental practices, in the same way what type of study was carried out to obtain information that significantly contributes to the conclusion and recommendation to this type of existing problems, thus determining possible solution to the problems observed, however it is the task of all those who make up the social environment to contribute to the appropriate use of good environmental practices at the regional, national or global level.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La investigación planteada enfatiza el manejo de las buenas prácticas ambientales en los restaurantes de la ciudad de Babahoyo, las cuales son reguladas con el fin de aportar al cuidado del planeta y el medio ambiental, los restaurantes a igual que los otros elementos que conforman la planta turística deben tener en cuenta el rol principal de hacer uso de estas normas para realizar un turismo responsable con la naturaleza y el entorno que rodea a la sociedad. El presente estudio establece varios capítulos en los cuales se dan a conocer los problemas que se observan en los restaurantes de la ciudad de Babahoyo en base a las políticas que deben cumplir relacionado al uso de buenas prácticas ambientales, de la misma manera qué tipo de estudio se llevó a cabo para la obtención de información que aporta significativamente a la conclusión y recomendación ante este tipo de problemas existentes, así se determina posible solución a los problemas observados, sin embargo es tarea de todos los que conforman el entorno social aportar al uso adecuado de las buenas prácticas ambientales a nivel regional, nacional o global.	es_ES
