dc.description	The research work aims to know, promote and educate through cultural programs and spaces in community radios, taking into account that nowadays these communication media may have a low acceptance, but their biggest contribution to society is to educate through culture. Promoting culture is undoubtedly the greatest contribution that can be given to society, the present work develops and deepens the characteristics that these community radio media have, their radios and programs created at the national level for the dissemination of culture. It is very important that the individual knows the culture that has its community, people or region, identity and pluriculturality is very important for the strengthening and behavior of the inhabitant in modern and futuristic society. The next generations have to settle in a cultural progress for the expansion and biodiversity of the culture and their ancestors in order to keep alive in the memories of all those founders and contributors of this great mass culture. Therefore, educating and culturalizing our society is the way to grant enrichment, intellect and development. Educate to teach the good and give input. Cultivate to awaken values and interest in the patriotism and roots of our ancestors.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo conocer, promocionar y educar a través de programas y espacios culturales en radios comunitarias, tomando en cuenta que en la actualidad estos medios comunicativos pueden llegar a tener una baja aceptación, pero su mayor aporte a la sociedad es educar a través de la cultura. Promover la cultura es sin duda el mayor aporte que se le puede dar a la sociedad, el presente trabajo desarrollo y profundiza las características que poseen estos medios radiales comunitarios sus radios y programas creados a nivel nacional para la difusión de la cultura. Es muy importante que el individuo conozca la cultura que posee su comunidad, pueblo o región, la identidad y la pluriculturalidad es muy importante para el fortalecimiento y comportamiento del habitante en la sociedad moderna y futurista. Las próximas generaciones tienen que radicar en un progreso cultural por la expansión y biodiversidad de la cultura y sus antepasados para de esta manera mantener viva en las memorias de todos aquellos fundadores y aportadores de esta gran masa cultura. Por lo tanto, educar y culturizar nuestra sociedad es la manera de otorgar enriquecimiento, intelecto y desarrollo. Educar para enseñar lo bueno y dar aportaciones. Culturizar para despertar valores e interés por el patriotismo y raíces de nuestros antepasados.	es_ES
