dc.description	This investigation is directed to the Study of the Agrotouristic Potential and to the contribution of the economic development of the community in the Hacienda "La Clementina", contextualized in the rural area, focused on the strengthening of the agricultural and livestock activities through techniques that will make possible this kind of learning related to the enjoyment of the natural, social and cultural environment that frame the global territory. It is important to highlight that thanks to the study of the agro-tourism potential of this hacienda, the population and local quality of life will be improved due to the new sources of work provided by the agro-tourism development, the tourist index will rise and this will allow this place to take competitive advantages, that is, the inhabitants will begin to develop short-term tourist activities (tourism projects and ventures) that will generate more profitability and family stability. Finally, it is very important to mention the details that emerged during the final stage of this investigative process, such as the development of the case that is characterized in the description of the geographical scenario, giving solution to the situations found or detected in this journey, in addition; recommendations were made to improve the aforementioned aspects by preparing a reliable proposal to improve the research topic	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación está direccionada al Estudio del Potencial Agroturístico y al aporte del desarrollo económico de la comunidad en la Hacienda “La Clementina”, contextualizada en el área rural, enfocadas en el fortalecimiento de las actividades agrícolas y pecuarias mediante técnicas que harán posible este tipo de aprendizaje relacionados al disfrute del entorno natural, social y cultural que enmarcan el territorio global. Es importante destacar que gracias al estudio del potencial agroturístico de esta hacienda, se mejorará la calidad de vida poblacional y local debido a las nuevas fuentes de trabajo proporcionadas por el desarrollo agroturístico, el índice de turistas se elevará y esto permitirá que este lugar vaya tomando ventajas competitivas, es decir, los habitantes empezarán a desarrollar actividades turísticas a corto plazo (emprendimientos y proyectos turísticos) que generará más rentabilidad y estabilidad familiar. Por último, es de gran relevancia mencionar los detalles que surgieron durante la etapa final de este proceso investigativo como lo es el desarrollo del caso que se caracteriza en la descripción del escenario geográfico dándole solución a las situaciones encontradas o detectadas en este trayecto, además; se planteó recomendaciones para mejorar los aspectos mencionados elaborando una propuesta fiable para mejorar el tema de investigación.	es_ES
