| dc.description | The objective of this research was to determine the incidence of the professional performance of teachers in quality education of the English language students in the tenth year of basic education of the educational unit "José María Coello" Canton province the rivers Babahoyo. The population under study was formed by 3 teachers carrying out the teaching of English and 58 students of both sexes, the application of the statistical formula determined a sample of the entire population. The methodology used was of the descriptive-explicative type, the analyzed variable were work performance and quality of education. The results of this study confirmed the hypothesis raised in terms of which: applying the professional performance of teachers with teaching strategies in English language improve the quality of education in students in the tenth year of basic education of the educational unit "José María Estrada Coello." As well as also confirmed the hypothesis specific insofar that teachers should be trained in the use of the teaching strategies most relevant to the process of teaching and learning of English, having a place and environment, since currently the students in contact with the computer and the internet have effects in his capacity of human intellect learning technology certain technological capabilities that, at last, are permanent in them changes. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue el determinar la incidencia del desempeño profesional del docente en la calidad educativa del idioma inglés en estudiantes del décimo año de educación básica de la unidad educativa “José María Coello”, del cantón Babahoyo provincia Los Ríos. La población en estudio estuvo conformada por 3 profesores que ejercen la enseñanza de inglés y 58 estudiantes de ambos sexos, la aplicación de la formula estadística determino una muestra de la totalidad de la población. La metodología aplicada fue de tipo descriptiva-explicativa, las variable analizadas fueron Desempeño laboral y Calidad educativa. Los resultados de esta investigación confirmaron la hipótesis planteada en cuanto a que: Aplicando el desempeño profesional del docente con estrategias pedagógicas en idioma inglés mejorara la calidad educativa en estudiantes del décimo año de educación básica de la Unidad Educativa “José María Estrada Coello. Así como también se confirmaron las hipótesis especificas en cuanto a que los docentes deben capacitarse en el uso de la estrategias pedagógicas más pertinentes para el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de inglés, contando con un lugar y ambiente adecuado, puesto que actualmente los estudiantes en contacto con la computadora y el internet tienen efectos en su capacidad de intelecto humano aprendiendo de la tecnología ciertas capacidades tecnológicas que al fin son cambios permanentes en ellos. | es_ES |
