Local gastronomy represents a significant opportunity to attract tourists to the city. The success of restaurants in Quevedo does not depend solely on the quality of the food, but also on customer service, the variety of cuisine and the charisma with which customers are served in the towns, thus allowing the customer or tourist to obtain a positive image of the culinary environment in the city, encouraging customer loyalty by generating recommendations of the establishments in a competitive environment. Customer service becomes a key differentiator in the offering of gastronomic services in the Canton of Quevedo.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo del presente proyecto de investigación se manifiesta debido a la necesidad de dar a conocer la calidad de los servicios gastronómicos y la atención al cliente en el cantón Quevedo, ubicado en la provincia de Los Ríos, Ecuador, el cual es conocido por su rica cultura y su oferta gastronómica. La gastronomía local representa una oportunidad significativa para atraer a turistas a la ciudad. El éxito de los restaurantes en Quevedo no depende únicamente de la calidad de la comida, sino también de la atención al cliente, la variedad de gastronomía y el carisma con el que los clientes son atendidos en las localidades, permitiendo de esta forma que el cliente o turista obtenga una imagen positiva del ambiente culinario en la ciudad, fomentando la fidelización de clientes, generando recomendaciones de los establecimientos en un entorno competitivo. La atención al cliente se convierte en un diferenciador clave en el ofrecimiento de servicios gastronómicos en el cantón Quevedo.es_ES
