dc.descriptionThis research examines the impact of professional training on Communication students and their ability to face ethical dilemmas in the context of digital media aldia.com.ec. The research aims to identify how students acquire ethical competencies during their training, analyze the effect of learning and their ability to deal with conflicts and evaluate the relationship between the values learned and their professional performance in the media. Using surveys as a data collection tool, the sample is composed of 197 Communication students. A mixed approach is used, integrating quantitative and qualitative tools to examine the influence of the ability to face ethical dilemmas in aldia.com.ec. The results will allow proposing improvements in academic training to strengthen students' ability to handle the ethical challenges they face in professional practice.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEsta investigación examina el impacto de la formación profesional en los estudiantes de la carrera de Comunicación y su capacidad para abordar dilemas éticos en el contexto del medio digital aldia.com.ec. La investigación tiene como objetivo identificar cómo los estudiantes adquieren habilidades éticas durante su formación, analizar el efecto del aprendizaje y su capacidad para enfrentar conflictos y evaluar la relación entre los valores aprendidos y su desempeño profesional en los medios. Utilizando encuestas como herramienta de recolección de datos, la muestra está compuesta por 197 estudiantes de la carrera de Comunicación. Se emplea un enfoque mixto, integrando herramientas cuantitativas y cualitativas para examinar como influye la capacidad en enfrentar dilemas éticos en aldia.com.ec. Los resultados permitirán proponer mejoras en la formación académica para fortalecer la capacidad de los estudiantes de manejar los retos éticos que enfrentan en la práctica profesional.es_ES
