In order to approach this study a quantitative approach has been carried out, through surveys we will measure the perception of the nine teachers of the communication career, this in order to know how the communication between their students and colleagues is managed. | dc.description.abstract | La comunicación asertiva es importante en cada ámbito de nuestra vida, ya que es muy importante el poder comunicarnos con los demás de manera clara y respetuosa, en este proyecto de investigación se ha hecho énfasis de la comunicación asertiva en el rendimiento profesional de los docentes de la carrera de comunicación de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo Extensión Quevedo, ya que es importante la interacción con los alumnos y profesores, debido que primordial para un buen proceso de aprendizaje Para abordar este estudio se ha efectuado un enfoque cuantitativo, a través de encuestas se medirá la percepción de los nueve docentes de la carrera de comunicación, esto con el fin de saber como se maneja la comunicación entre sus estudiantes y colegas. En base a los resultados obtenidos, los profesores aplican la comunicación asertiva en su rendimiento laboral, esto se ve reflejado en el ámbito educativo de los alumnos, referente a la relación con sus colegas, su interacción es cordial y asertiva. | es_ES |
