It will explore how reels can be used to create effective content that projects corporate identity, focusing on public perception and how its visual content is promoted. For the purposes of this study, different methods, techniques, and research instruments have been used, which have helped to gather enough information to analyze the problem addressed, for this by means of a survey it was determined that people have a frequent activity in the use of Instagram and that there is also a need to educate the population to inform themselves that they do it in a more objective and safe way. In summary, it is supported that if the Reels works in successfully for communication in other contexts its application in the municipality of Quevedo also generates a positive impact.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas redes sociales son herramientas clave en la comunicación moderna permitiendo a instituciones públicas y privadas conectar con la audiencia de forma visual y dinámica en este contexto los reels de Instagram han ganado popularidad como un formato atractivo y breve que facilita el alcance masivo. Explorara como la reels pueden ser utilizados para crear contenidos efectivos que proyecten la identidad corporativa, Enfocándose en la percepción pública y cómo se promueve su contenido visual. Para efectos de este estudio se ha empleado diferentes métodos, técnicas, e instrumentos de investigación, que han ayudado a recopilar suficiente información para analizar la problemática abordada, para ello se mediante en una encuesta se determinó que las personas tienen una actividad frecuente en el uso de Instagram y que además existe la necesidad de educar a la población para informarse que lo hagan de una manera más objetiva y segura. En resumen, se respalda que si los Reels funciona en exitosamente para la comunicación en otros contextos su aplicación en el municipio de Quevedo también genera un impacto positivo.es_ES
