dc.descriptionThis research work aims to determine the didactic strategies implemented by physical education teachers to promote the development of gross motor skills in 8th grade students, as well as to evaluate the level of development of these skills through standardized tests and analyze the relationship between the strategies used and motor development. The methodology used included a quantitative approach, with the application of standardized tests to measure the motor skills of the students. Surveys were carried out with teachers to identify the didactic strategies applied in physical education classes. The main findings reveal that a high percentage of students have deficiencies in gross motor skills, which highlights the need to improve teaching methodologies. In addition, a significant correlation was identified between the quality of the didactic strategies and the level of development motor, This suggests that continuous teacher training and the implementation of structured programs can have a positive impact on gross motor development. dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar las estrategias didácticas que implementan los docentes de educación física para promover el desarrollo de la motricidad gruesa en estudiantes de 8vo grado, así como evaluar el nivel de desarrollo de estas habilidades mediante pruebas estandarizadas y analizar la relación entre las estrategias utilizadas y el desarrollo motor. La metodología empleada incluyó un enfoque cuantitativo, con la aplicación de pruebas estandarizadas para medir las habilidades motoras de los estudiantes. Se realizaron encuestas a los docentes para identificar las estrategias didácticas aplicadas en las clases de educación física. Los principales hallazgos revelan que un alto porcentaje de estudiantes presenta deficiencias en las habilidades de motricidad gruesa, lo que destaca la necesidad de mejorar las metodologías de enseñanza. Además, se identificó una correlación significativa entre la calidad de las estrategias didácticas y el nivel de desarrollo motor. Esto sugiere que la formación continua de los docentes y la implementación de programas estructurados pueden tener un impacto positivo en el desarrollo de la motricidad gruesa.es_ES
