dc.description | The development of gross motor skills is essential for students, particularly during the elementary school stage. This study focuses on developing a teaching guide for this development among ninth-grade students at the Adolfo María Astudillo Educational Unit.
This study adopted a mixed-methods research approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as descriptive and applied research. Objective measurements of students' motor skills were conducted, along with surveys and interviews to better understand their perceptions and experiences.
The results revealed a significant correlation between active participation in physical education classes and the development of gross motor skills among ninth-grade students at the Adolfo María Astudillo Educational Unit. This correlation was evident in aspects such as improved physical and motor skills.
This study provides insight into the impact of a teaching guide on the development of gross motor skills in adolescents. It highlights the importance of integrating effective and well-designed physical education programs for the benefit of the student community.
In addition, practical recommendations are offered to improve the quality of physical education at the Adolfo María Astudillo Educational Unit and other similar educational institutions. These recommendations aim to provide an environment conducive to students' motor development. | es_ES |
