dc.description | The ASOSERLIMLOSRI Association of the Babahoyo canton faces several challenges that limit its positioning in the market during the 2024 period. First, the lack of visibility and recognition prevents the organization from consolidating itself as a reference in its sector. The absence of effective communication and marketing strategies reduces its reach, which affects its ability to attract new clients and partners. Second, the inadequacy in strengthening the association's internal capacities represents a significant obstacle. The lack of training and professionalization of its members limits the quality of the services offered and affects its competitiveness. Finally, the scarcity of financial and technical resources prevents ASOSERLIMLOSRI from implementing sustainable and innovative strategies. The lack of technological tools and financing limits its ability to adapt to market demands and strengthen its image in the community. This diagnosis highlights the need to establish strategies that improve both the visibility and the internal capacities and resources of the association. The justification of the study lies in the urgency of analyzing these factors to improve the positioning of ASOSERLIMLOSRI.
