dc.description | This work was carried out with the objective of determining how Training and Development affect the performance of Human Talent in the MIDISPRO company in the city of Babahoyo in the Province of Los Ríos in the year 2023. The population and study sample consisted of 15 employees and administrators who work in the different work areas. The technique used for data collection was the survey, which was made up of a 12-item questionnaire for the two variables, designed using the Likert scale with 4 levels of responses. The Training and Development variable was made up of 6 items, as was the Human Talent Performance variable, in both cases with 4 categories and dimensions for each of them. The study was based on the quantitative approach, of non-experimental design. To test the hypothesis, the normality of the variables was determined by the Kolmogórov-Smirnov test, obtaining that both variables do not follow a normal distribution. It is concluded that employees must satisfy certain basic and fundamental needs in order to achieve the desired goal, so the company must place emphasis on the application and evaluation of strategies that lead to improving the motivation and organizational climate of employees to take the growth of the company to higher levels. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de determinar de como la Capacitación y el desarrollo inciden en el desempeño del talento Humano en la empresa MIDISPRO de la ciudad de Babahoyo en la Provincia de los Ríos en el año 2023. La población y muestra de estudio, estuvo conformada por 15 empleados y administrativos que laboran en las diferentes áreas de trabajo. La técnica que se utilizó para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta, la misma que fue conformada por un cuestionario de 12 ítems para las dos variables, diseñado con la utilización de la escala de Likert de 4 niveles de respuestas. La variable Capacitación y desarrollo estuvo conformada por 6 ítems, al igual que la variable Desempeño del Talento Humano, en ambos casos con 4 categorías y dimensiones por cada una de ellas. El estudio se apoyó en el enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental. Para comprobar la hipótesis se determinó la normalidad de las variables por la prueba de Kolmogórov-Smirnov obteniéndose que ambas variables no siguen una distribución normal. Se concluye que los empleados deben satisfacer ciertas necesidades básicas y fundamentales para lograr llegar a la meta deseada, por lo que la empresa debe prestar énfasis en la aplicación y evaluación de estrategias que conduzcan a mejorar la motivación y clima organizacional de los empleados para llevar el crecimiento de la empresa a niveles más elevados. | es_ES |
