El Comercial Variedades de la ciudad de Babahoyo consiente de esta realidad ha establecido la innovación por producto, innovación de servicios y la innovación sostenible, para optimizar el éxito empresarial y la captación de cliente. El propósito de la presente investigación es reflexionar sobre el efecto de las estrategias de innovación en el Comercial Variedades. El estudio realizó una amplia revisión de literatura permitiendo analizar las estrategias de innovación empresarial con relación a la competitividad. El diseño de la investigación es cuantitativo no experimental (Hernández y Mendoza, 2018) de forma transversal, se realizó la aplicación del instrumento del cuestionario de encuesta a los habitantes del cantón Babahoyo que busca establecer las estrategias de fidelización.es_ES
