dc.descriptionEconomic growth is what every company hopes to achieve in a certain period of time and for it to be maintained in the long term. For this reason, proper management of resources is important, since these will allow us to achieve this purpose through high productivity. The objective of this research is to analyze the economic growth in the company Agro Integral Azogue in the period 2023, through data collection to determine marketing strategies and improve its commercial performance. In the case study, the methodological approach method was used, while its approach was descriptive since the variable was analyzed from different angles. The techniques used were an interview with the company's administrators and a survey with its clients. He results in relation to the strategies applied in the context of customer service indicate that there is a philosophy of hiring staff that empathizes effectively with customers, an aspect that is relevant to economic growth because it means that the company is more likely to obtain customer loyalty and consequently sales increase, which promotes business development to remain competitive in the market in which it operates. The conclusions of the study are that the marketing strategies implemented by the analyzed company are a key success factor to achieve economic growth, so it is recommended to continue updating the technological mechanisms to obtain a greater scope of the same.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl crecimiento económico es lo que toda empresa espera lograr en determinado periodo de tiempo y que este se mantenga a largo plazo. Razón por la cual, es importante el manejo adecuado de los recursos, puestos que estos permitirán lograr este propósito a través de una alta productividad. El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar el crecimiento económico en la empresa Agro Integral Azogue en el período 2023, mediante recolección de datos para la determinación de estrategias de marketing y mejoramiento de su desempeño comercial. En el estudio de caso se empleó el método aproximación metodológica, mientras que su enfoque fue descriptivo puesto que se analizó la variable desde distintos ángulos. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron una entrevista a los administradores de la empresa y una encuesta a sus clientes. Los resultados con relación a las estrategias que se aplican en el contexto de atención al cliente indican que existe una filosofía de contratar personal que empatice de manera efectiva con los clientes, aspecto que es relevante en el crecimiento económico porque eso implica que la empresa tiene más probabilidades de obtener fidelización de los clientes y en consecuencia las ventas incrementan, lo cual propicia el desarrollo empresarial para mantenerse competitiva en el mercado en el que se desenvuelve. Las conclusiones del estudio son que las estrategias de marketing implementadas por la empresa analizada son un factor clave de éxito para lograr el crecimiento económico por lo que se recomienda continuar actualizándose de los mecanismos tecnológicos para obtener un mayor alcance de las mismas.es_ES
