dc.description | The company Decorp Yipsum Santana in the canton Duran. began its activities in 2009, in the canton Duran. The case study allows to know the behavior of human talent management with job performance in the company Decorp Yipsum Santaba in Caton Duran, province of Guayas, year 2023, in which the methodology was applied with the mixed approach in which it was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, in which an interview was conducted with the company manager and a survey was also applied to the company's employees, which are 30 in total, so it was applied to the entire population, to know how the management of human talent is in the company and how it affects the business work environment in the company. It is thus that in the research process carried out in the company it is determined that the management of human talent has several anomalies that affect the performance and work environment of the company's employees in which it was evident that they have an outdated job manual which does not clearly define the activities they want to perform, in which it was also evident that at the time a person enters to work within the company, they are not taught what is the process or activities that they are going to carry out, which leads to having poor communication between officials internally and also does not have efficient communication with customers, which leads to not being efficient in the company and in their jobs, which determines that the company has poor management of human talent, and in this way it is not determined what strategies the company uses exactly to improve management and thus be able to apply the strategies to improve the work environment and business performance by having a job manual according to business reality | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La empresa Decorp Yipsum Santana en el cantón Duran. inició sus actividades en el 2009, en el cantón Duran. El estudio de caso permite saber el comportamiento de la gestión del talento humano con el desempeño laboral en la empresa Decorp Yipsum Santana en el Cantón Duran, provincia del Guayas, año 2023, en el cual se aplicó la metodología con el enfoque mixto en la cual se analizo de manera cualitativa y cuantitativa, en la cual se realizo una entrevista al gerente de la empresa y también se aplico una encuesta a los empleados de la empresa los cuales son 30 en total por lo que se aplico a toda la población, para saber cómo está la gestión del talento humano en la empresa y como afecta al clima laboral empresarial a la empresa. Es así que en el proceso de investigación realizada en la empresa se determina que la gestión del talento humano cuenta con varias anomalías que afectan al desempeño y clima laboral de los empleados de la empresa en la cual se evidencio que tienen un manual de puesto desactualizado lo que no define de manera clara las actividades que desean realizar, en la cual también se evidencio que al momento que ingresa una persona a laborar dentro de la empresa no se enseña cual es el proceso o actividades que va a realizar lo que conlleva a tener una deficiente comunicación entre los funcionarios de manera interna y también no cuenta con una eficiente comunicación con los clientes lo que conlleva a no ser eficientes en la empresa y en sus puestos de trabajo, la cual determina que la empresa cuenta con una mala gestión del talento humano, y de esta manera no se determina que estrategias con exactitud utiliza la empresa para mejorar la gestión y así poder aplicar las estrategias para mejorar el clima laboral y desempeño empresarial contando con un manual de puestos acorde a la realidad empresarial. | es_ES |
