dc.description | The present research was developed in the Babahoyo Canton in the Bell Novainser company, addressing an important problem such as Administrative Management, its objective is to analyze the company to stop the problems and provide an improvement in what has to do with planning, organization, direction and control, this provides experience to the company and is used throughout the world, since it allows us to develop and use resources. The present case study analyzes the administrative management of the Bell Novainser Company during the period 2023, which is dedicated to computerized information innovation services, the sale of household appliances, motorcycles and real estate. The Qualitative and Quantitative methodology was used, research techniques were used by applying surveys to workers and an interview with the owner of the company. This allowed us to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the administrative processes of the Bell Novainser company, through an evaluation matrix of internal factors allowing us to obtain relevant information from the Bell Novainser company, presenting difficulties in the development of functions due to poor planning and manual processes that lead to the timely development of actions to be efficient. Current technological tools improve administrative procedures, there is agreement regarding their efficiency, there will be an inequality between employee resources and true technological needs. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se desarrolló en el Cantón Babahoyo en la empresa Bell Novainser abordando una problemática importante como la Gestión Administrativa, tiene como objetivo analizar la empresa para detener los problemas y dar una mejora en lo que tiene que ver en la planificación, organización, dirección y control, esto aporta experiencia a la empresa y se utiliza en todo el mundo, ya que nos permite el desarrollo y el aprovechamiento de recursos. El presente estudio de caso se realiza un análisis de la gestión administrativa de la Empresa Bell Novainser durante el periodo 2023 que se dedica en los servicios de innovación informativa computarizadas venta de electrodomésticos, motos e inmuebles, se utilizó la metodología Cualitativa y Cuantitativa, se usó técnicas de investigación mediante la aplicación de encuestas realizadas a los trabajadores y una entrevista al dueño de la empresa. Esto nos permitió identificar las fortalezas y debilidades en los procesos administrativos de la empresa Bell Novainser, mediante una matriz de evaluación de los factores internos permitiendo obtener la información relevante de la empresa Bell Novainser, presentando dificultades en el desarrollo de funciones debido a una deficiente la planificación y el manual de procesos que encaminen al oportuno desenvolvimiento de las acciones para poder ser eficientes. Las herramientas tecnológicas actuales mejoran los procedimientos administrativos, hay una conformidad en cuanto a su eficiencia existirá una desigualdad entre los recursos de empleados y las verdaderas necesidades tecnológicas | es_ES |
