| dc.description | This research study was conducted at Almacen Artefacta de San Juan, the variable addressed is administrative management, which is particularly relevant because a large part of a company's results depend on a good application of administrative principles. The objective is to analyze the way in which administration is managed in the aforementioned company in order to identify relevant aspects that need to be improved. The methodology used corresponds to a non-experimental design with descriptive cut, here two investigative techniques are applied: the survey directed to the administrator and a survey focused on the rest of the collaborators, this allows contrasting the information of the primary sources that participate in this study. The results show that there are weaknesses in the administrative function, since they do not have a management model that guarantees the fulfillment of the organizational objectives in the medium and long term, so that practical adjustments are required to contribute significantly to the improvement of the current situation, so that the company achieves greater competitiveness in the market in which it operates. The conclusion reached is that there is a need to increase the administrative strategies, since the ones that are implemented at the moment are not generating the expected results. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio investigativo se realizó en el Almacen Artefacta de San Juan, la variable abordada es la gestión administrativa, misma que tiene una relevancia particular pues gran parte de los resultados de una empresa, dependen de una buena aplicación de los principios administrativos. El objetivo es analizar la forma en que se gestiona la administración en la empresa mencionada para la identificación de aspectos relevantes que necesiten ser mejorados. La metodología empleada corresponde a un diseño no experimental con corte descriptivo, aquí se aplican dos técnicas investigativas: la encuesta dirigida al administrador y una encuesta focalizada en el resto de colaboradores, esto permite contrastar la información de las fuentes primarias que participan en este estudio. Los resultados evidencian que existen debilidades en la función administrativa pues no cuentan con un modelo de gestión que garantice el cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales en el mediano y largo plazo, por lo que se requieren ajustes prácticos que contribuyan significativamente al mejoramiento de la situación actual, de manera que la empresa logre una mayor competitividad en el mercado en el que desenvuelve. La conclusión a la que se llegó es que se necesitan incrementar las estrategias administrativas puesto que las que son implementadas por ahora no están generando los resultados esperados. | es_ES |
